Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we want to ensure that you have a positive and productive experience during your visit. To that end, we would like to provide you with some important information about our fitting process.

At Lady Things, we take great pride in offering personalized bra fittings to help you find the perfect, supportive, and comfortable bra. Our fitting process is designed to make sure you leave with a bra that feels just right for your unique body. We understand that this process may require some personal attention and adjustments.

During your fitting, you can expect the following:

Privacy: We respect your privacy and understand that personal comfort varies from person to person. You will have the option to undress and try on bras in front of our fitting specialist, who is trained to provide professional guidance and support. If you prefer more privacy, we offer a private changing area for your convenience. Please let us know if you would be more comfortable changing on your own, without assistance in private. We will fully understand.

What to wear: in order to make you more comfortable and for the fitting process to

run smoothly, please try to wear a top and bottom ensemble (pants/skirt and T-shirt/blouse) and not a dress or jump suit. We recommend that you wear or bring along a top that is tighter fitting to be able to see how the bra fits you under your clothes. We would also like to ask that if you have long hair, please tie it up so it does not get caught in the bra during the fitting.

Movement and Comfort Checks: To ensure a perfect fit, our fitting specialist may ask you to move in different ways, provided you are willing and physically able to do so. This is to guarantee that your bra provides comfort and support in all scenarios. We will never insist on you doing anything you are not comfortable doing, so please let us know should you not feel comfortable with anything during the bra fitting process. We are here to

assist you in the most accepting and comfortable way we can.

Weight Distribution: A well-fitted bra should support about 80% of the weight of your breasts through the band. This means that if the shoulder straps are removed, your breasts should remain in position, with the straps providing a bit of extra lift. Please keep in mind that if you are transitioning from a looser-fitting bra to a firmer fit for support, it may take a couple of weeks for your body to adjust to the change.

Sizing Recommendations: We take pride in our expertise and commitment to finding the right fit for you. If we recommend a specific band or cup size and you choose to go against our advice by opting for a fit that is too loose, too tight, or a cup size

that is too small or too large, please be aware that we will not accept returns once the bra is purchased.

Comfort and Satisfaction: The purpose of our bra fitting service is to ensure that the bra fits well and that you are happy with your purchase in terms of comfort, look, support, and fit. We will never try to convince you to buy a bra that you are not happy with. In fact, our motto is “if in doubt, don’t.” Therefore, if you make a purchase, it is assumed that you are happy with the product, and no returns will be accepted based on comfort, look, lack of support, or bad fit claims.

It is important to us that you feel comfortable and fully informed throughout your visit. Please let our fitting specialist know if you have any concerns or specific

preferences. Your feedback and comfort are valued, and we are here to make your experience enjoyable and beneficial.

We do not charge for our bra fittings, but all we ask is that should you no longer be able to come at the agreed time, please let us know so we can allocate your time slot to another Lady in need of support.
